Dear Vladyka Benjamin,

We express our deep condolences in connection with the death of the highly respected Metropolitan Filaret, Honorary Patriarchal Exarch of Belarus.

Representatives of our church have had the opportunity to meet with Vladyka Filaret many times. We have always admired his pastoral wisdom and deep spiritual experience. The events that, with his blessing, we held in your beautiful country were very important for the believers of our church. We hope that this long-term cooperation will continue with your archpastoral participation.

May the All-Merciful Lord grant peace to the soul of the newly departed Metropolitan Filaret.
